Victory Wound Care ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have under Texas law. Protected health information you share with us as a patient is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA and the Texas Medical Records Privacy Act, and is not the subject of this website policy.

Information you provide: when you submit a form or contact us, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, insurance carrier, and any information you choose to share about a wound or a patient.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives Texas residents certain rights over personal data that is not otherwise exempt (for example, information already protected as PHI under HIPAA is exempt and is addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices). For non-exempt personal data we control, you may have the right to:

Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access it;
Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained;
Obtain a portable copy of personal data you provided; and
Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling.

In the event of a breach of sensitive personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act (Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 521) and other applicable law.
